District 38 Real Estate & Information

Once known as a resort town that was unique because it hadn't been settled by gold miners, Colorado Springs has since blossomed into a multi-faceted city nestled within incredible natural beauty.

Located at the foot of Pike's Peak, one of America's most famous natural landmarks, it's a city of culture, industry and diversity that's attractive to Northgate and Monument residents. It's also home to the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the Space Command.

Shopping and Dining

With its boutiques, world-famous chain stores, large malls and discount stores, Colorado Springs shoppers have plenty to choose from. The city's shopping districts such as downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and others, each has a unique charm of its own.
